The Barn House Bed & Breakfast is a family home situated in the tiny hamlet of East Beckham on the North Norfolk coast. Set amidst rural countryside, The Barn House is a fine location in which to relax and unwind. The village is located two miles inland from the fishing town of Sheringham, six miles from the old market town of Holt and five miles from Cromer. East Beckham offers excellent walking and cycling facilities with many public footpaths leading to and from the village, providing the ideal base from which to explore the beauty of the North Norfolk coastline.

What has been obvious to us when we’ve been away to stay in Bed & Breakfasts, and talking to friends and relatives who have, is that the service and the product is geared towards making the most money with the least output – we disagree with this. We believe that as in life, you reap what you sow and everything we do is done to as high a standard as we would wish ourselves.

Holiday Cottage

Barn House cottage sits on the foundations of the former cart sheds, attached to the owners 18th century converted flint barn. The cottage has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard with the full length windows to the sitting room and bedroom making the accommodation both light and welcoming.

The cottage is centrally heated, fully equipped and has a total of five rooms. Downstairs is the large living room, kitchen and bathroom, while upstairs there are two bedrooms, the large master with a vaulted ceiling, and a second room containing two single beds. Sky TV is provided and there is a decked area to the rear to take advantage of the Summer weather. We cater for children of all ages and well behaved pets are welcome.

The Cottage is available for holiday lets all year round.
